Who are we?

QS2i is the first university-based impact investing organization in Canada. Our mission is to educate students and give them experiences relevant to pursing a impact focused career. Since founding we have expanded to include investments and pro-bono consulting programs, as well as organizing events for Queen’s students and producing thought leadership.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Our Mission

QS2i’s overarching goal is three-fold. We aim to provide students with:

  1. Applicable Education: Through speaker panels and workshops, we work to provide students with a unique perspective with regards to impact investing, and to stimulate meaningful dialogue to create opportunities beyond university curriculum.

  2. Current Information: The world of impact investing is ever-growing, and we aim to equip students with resources and skills to respond diligently to current information.

  3. Access to Industry: As a niche industry, we strive to provide both partners and students with networking and collaboration opportunities by uniting Canada’s most promising social enterprises, impact investors, and thought leaders in an open dialogue.
